Estyn Inspections of Merthyr Tydfil Local Authority Education Services

Merthyr Tydfil was inspected by Estyn in late 2012 and placed into special measures. As a result of several monitoring visits during the following years, it was judged in December 2015 to have made sufficient progress and was no longer in special measures or requiring follow up activity.
